Action 1. Accessing your Admin Panel

Step 1:

Check your email

After registering your school, you will receive an email with a link to the Admin Panel, the email address you registered and a password to access the Admin Panel.

The email will look similar to this:

Pomala Limited, trading as myPTA, is responsible for collecting, processing, storing and safe-keeping personal and other information as part of providing a service and carrying out our regular business activities. We manage personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any questions regarding our processing of personal data should be directed to us via email to info@mypta.co.uk 

The following policy applies to the use of our site and/or App.

Welcome email

Please note, for security reasons, we will verify the details you used to register the account before activating the service.  This can take up to 48 hours, but usually takes no more than 6 working hours to do so..  


You will see this screen when attempting to login to the Admin Panel before the account has been activated:

Step 2:

Verification

Once activated, you can use the login details emailed to you to access your admin panel.  This is how the login page will look:

Once logged in, you should see this screen:

On the left, you will see a list of all the features that you can set up for your parent community to use. In line with GDPR, you will not have access to the chat feature via the Admin Panel.
