Action 4. Adding your Content

Step 1:

Log into the Admin Panel as shown in Action 1

You should see a screen similar to this, your Home screen:

On the left, you will see a list of all the features that you can set up for your parent community to use. In line with GDPR, you will not have access to the chat feature via the Admin Panel.

Step 2:

From your Home screen, click on the feature you want to work with and follow the steps below to add your content.  You can do this in any order.

  1. Adding an Event

Click on Events from the menu on the left

You will see the screen below showing any events you already have listed.  If you have no events, this screen will be empty.

To add a new event, follow these steps:

  • Click on ‘Add Event’
  • Complete the form which appears (see image below) with details of the event
  • Click ‘Create Event’

You will be redirected to the Events home screen where you will now see your event listed

 

Monitoring & editing your listing:

Once you upload an event, you can then monitor bookings and make edits as needed using the menu shown below:

When in the ‘person icon’ you can also download a report of bookings by clicking on CSV (shown below)

  1. Adding an Item to the Shop
Click on ‘Shop’ from the menu on the left You will see the screen below showing any items you already have listed.  If you have no listings, this screen will be empty.

To add a new item, follow these steps:

  • Click on ‘Add Product’
  • Complete the form which appears (see image below) with details of the item for sale

  • Click ‘Create Product’

    You will be redirected to the Shop home screen where you will now see your item listed

 

Monitoring & editing your listing:

Once you upload an item, you can then monitor sales and make edits as needed using the menu shown below:

  1. Adding a Donation/Collection
Click on Donations from the menu on the left You will see the screen below showing any events you already have listed.  If you have no events, this screen will be empty.

  • Click on ‘Add Donation’
  • Complete the form which appears (see image below) with details of the collection

You will be redirected to the Donations home screen where you will now see your listing

  1. Adding to the News Feed
Click on News Feed from the menu on the left You will see the screen below showing any news you’ve already have listed.  If you haven’t done this, the screen will be empty.

  • Complete the form which appears (see image below) with details of the news

  1. Adding to the Ad Board

Click on Ad Board from the menu on the left

You will see the screen below showing any adverts you’ve already have listed.  If you have no adverts, this screen will be empty.

  • Complete the form which appears (see image below) with details of the news

You will be redirected to the Ad Board home screen where you will now see your listing
